Our consignment program is simple, transparent, and designed to get you the best return on your quality furniture. No upfront fees, no hassle — just results.
Your furniture is listed for 60 days. If it sells, you keep 50% of the final sale price — we keep 50% to cover staging, marketing, and operations. If it doesn't sell within 60 days, you can pick it up or we can discuss extended terms.

Our team evaluates quality, condition, and market demand. You'll hear back within 48 hours with our decision.
If approved, we suggest optimal pricing based on current Lakeland market data and consignment terms.
Bring your approved item to our Lakeland showroom. We handle professional staging and photography.
